COMMUNITY SERVICE

As a Christian school, we believe in Christ’s command “to love one another.”  We encourage Christ’s teaching that “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”  (Matthew 25:40).  We further believe that it is important “…to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…” (Ephesians 4:12); therefore, opportunities to develop volunteer service is an essential component of Christian education.  All high school students are encouraged to get involved in community service projects.
